The new generation Porsche Cayenne definitely become a favorite of car tuning companies, as another of them, which presents its Developing is Swiss FAB Design. The popular SUV has received a new aerodynamic kit, which resembles a collection vehicle. It includes new bumpers, side skirts, hood and extended wheel arches, all these elements are carbon. The vehicle appearance is complemented by 22-inch wheels and four very interesting tip of the new exhaust system and the interior is formed with several types of leather, alcantara, carbon fiber and aluminum decorations.

From Land Rover spread official information about the redesigned Freelander 2, which has undergone minor cosmetic changes, but on the other hand, has received a completely new engine and drive version with only the front wheels. The renewed Land Rover Freelander 2 will appear in the company’s dealers in the fall as its price in the UK will start from 21,695 liras, and the beginning of 2011, the model will now be available in a version just to drive the front wheels, whose price is expected to be lower. The modification of front-wheel drive will be available only in combination with 2.2-liter diesel engine with a power 148k.s. Furthermore, it will have a start / stop system, and average fuel consumption will be slightly more than 5l/100km.

Today, BMW released a first official pictures and information about new-generation X3, whose world premiere will be on exhibition in Paris in autumn, and sales will start in November, with prices close to those of this model. The new X3 shares a platform with a version for four-wheel drive for the next 3-Series. Dimensions of the vehicle are 4652 mm length, 1882 mm width and 1714 mm height, which means that it is larger in all directions, respectively 83, 29 and 40 mm. The wheelbase of the compact SUV is also extended by 15 mm. to 2810 mm. As a result of the increased dimensions, rear passengers have an additional 20 mm. And the baggage has increased by 80 liters to 550 liters, while the vehicle weight not only that it is higher, but even more decreased by 25 kg. BMW X3 will surely get many technical innovations, each new model of the Bavarians. For the moment it is clear that servo-accelerator of the wheel will be replaced with an electrical system of the company Thyssen Krup, and that all modifications, excluding basic X3 xDrive20d, will be equipped with the new eight-speed automatic transmission ZF.

One of the things Audi sets the most during the last ten years are definitely engines. The company constantly improves its units, seeking to increase their efficiency and to reduce their consumption of fuel. The sequential model in which the Germans introduced three new V6 engine has been upgraded Q7, furthermore, the car was new and had obtained 8-stage automatic gearbox of Audi, tossed fuel consumption by around 5%. However, the assembly has a technological feature. This is called AdBlue graft whose function is to be injected into the exhaust and reduce NOx emissions. For this purpose, fitted separate tank which is completely filled as is sufficient to elapse 12,000 km. Subsequently AdBlue injection helps to release ammonia, which in turn converts to 80% of nitrogen oxides harmless nitrogen and water clean.

The German tuning icon Brabus boast that her car is already the winner of the title “fastest legal SUV”.
