Maserati GranCabrio Sport is equipped with 4.7-liter, V8 engine as standard GranCabrio, but its power was increased from 440 h.p. to 450 h.p. and the maximum torque is 510 Nm. The unit is combined with six-speed automatic gearbox ZF, which ensures acceleration from 0-100 km/h for 4.7 sec and develop a maximum speed of 285 km/h. In GranTurismo MC Stradale these indicators are slightly better, but at the expense of this GranCabrio Sport boasts a 6% lower fuel consumption, achieved mainly by reducing friction. From a mechanical point of view, GranCabrio Sport differs from the basic version in the presence of Skyhook active suspension, and improved braking system, and changes in appearance consist-color grille, smoked headlamps, the presence of different front splitter and side skirts designs. Maserati GranCabrio Sport comes with a new body color Rosso Trionfale, which comes first in the production model of the company. Before it was only used for racing cars, one of them Juan Manuel Fangio won the title in F1 in 1957.

After years of waiting, fans of the Supercars in particular those of the Ferrari brand can now relax because the company has finally released official pictures and information about its fastest production model. Ferrari 599 GTO will debut at the international exhibition in Geneva. The car will be manufactured only 599 pieces, but the Italian company will not mention what is the price and when the first supplies are provided. Fastest Ferrari has 6.0-liter V12 engine that delivers power 670 h.p. and its maximum torque of 620 Nm achieved at 6 500 rev/min. The unit is combined with robotic transmission changed gears only 60 milliseconds. The combination of power, the gearbox and the low weight of just 1495 kg. Allows the Ferrari 599 GTO to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h for 3.35 sec and a top speed of 335 km/h. The company disclosed that the car makes a tour of the Fiorano track for 1min. and 24 sec, while better than the achievement of the model Enzo. Dimensions of a Ferrari 599 GTO is 4710 mm length, 1962 mm width and 1326 mm height and wheelbase is 2750 mm. Aerodynamic package does is similar to a racing Ferrari 599XX, but received additional openings in the hood, rear spoiler and diffuser. The Italians claim that these elements increase in pressing speed of 200 km/h targets with 144 kg.

With the approach of the Geneva Motor Show fans of sports car brand Audi have become increasingly impatient, as it will consist of hot debut RS5. Expectation of them, however, ended as the internet appears brochure of the model with excellent picture quality. For the moment, the Audi does not reveal absolutely no information about the RS5, but the brochure makes it clear that customers will be able to choose between a seven-speed automatic transmission with double clutch and six-speed manual gearbox and the seats can be of three types. From Aston Martin announced that the price of its new Rapide model in Britain will start from 139 950 pounds and in parallel, spread a lot of new pictures of the car. Mercedes-Benz introduced a new sport package for the hot C63 AMG, which has received name and Performance Package Plus includes both cosmetic and mechanical improvements. Mercedes engineers have increased the power of the 6.2-liter V8 engine 30 h.p. 487 h.p. by approaching to the C63 AMG DTM version (500 h.p.) model. This is achieved by reprogramming the software, wrought iron pistons, borrowed from SLS, new connecting rods and lighter crankshafts, the weight of the unit was reduced by 3 kilograms. C63 AMG with Performance Package Plus is able to accelerate from 0-100 km/h for 4.4 sec and 0-200 kilometers per hour for 13.9 sec, which is respectively 0.1 and 1.2 sec faster than the standard car. Limitation of maximum speed of 250 kilometers per hour is not removed. In addition to increased engine power, sports package includes a high-performance braking system for more reliable braking, carbon fiber front lip spoiler and rear, improving stability of the car and clad in nappa leather and Alcantara steering wheel.

During Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, held this weekend in California (USA), the company officially introduced the Devon MotorWorks Devon GTX, which aims to launch a new era in American super-car. Devon GTX is the American answer to European super-cars which appeared in the last few years. It has a 8.4-liter V10 engine with a power 650 h.p. at 6 100 rev/min. Aggregate is combined with mechanical transmission 6-stage transmitting drive to the rear wheels. Sales of the model will start at the beginning of next year, it will be available in two versions – Standard and Light doubling. Rim of Devon GTX 18-inch, but options are provided for 19 and 20-inch, all clad in Michelin Pilot Sport tires 2.
