The new generation Porsche Cayenne definitely become a favorite of car tuning companies, as another of them, which presents its Developing is Swiss FAB Design. The popular SUV has received a new aerodynamic kit, which resembles a collection vehicle. It includes new bumpers, side skirts, hood and extended wheel arches, all these elements are carbon. The vehicle appearance is complemented by 22-inch wheels and four very interesting tip of the new exhaust system and the interior is formed with several types of leather, alcantara, carbon fiber and aluminum decorations.
The engine tuning is available for Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with a capacity of 4.8-liter, V8 engine increases from 500 to 550 hp and maximum torque rises from 700 to 800 Nm.
The boys from FAB Design tuned cars are equipped with electronic suspension module that can reduce clearance.

Although with some delay, the Swiss tuning company Mansory has finished with his athletic program for the new Porsche Cayenne, offering the possibility of optical and mechanical improvements in the German SUV. Hardly a surprise to anyone that bodykit that Mansory has developed a Porsche Cayenne is very aggressive. It is comprised of new bumpers, bonnet, extended wheel arches, side skirts, side mirror covers and rear spoiler. All elements of the aerodynamic kit made of carbon fiber and polyurethane-RIM, as the Swiss tuning company revealed that it the width of the car increases by 60 mm front and 80 mm back. Moreover, there are air suspension, which may reduce clearance by up to 45 mm. And two types of wheels available in sizes from 21 to 23 inches. The engine tuning for the moment only available in 4.8-liter, V8 engine of the Cayenne Turbo, by simply reprogramming the ECU-it, mounted larger turbochargers and new exhaust system of stainless steel. As a result, the power increases from 500 to 690 h.p. and maximum torque – from 700 to 800 Nm. Thanks to which the tuned car sprints from 0-100 km/h for 4.4 sec and developed 300 km/h.

The German tuner SpeedART spread details about his latest project, based on the Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid, which has received the name SpeedHYBRID. Tuners have made several design changes and the engine leading to more attractive appearance and enhanced dynamics without, however, increased fuel consumption and emitted CO2 emissions. From SpeedART managed to increase the power of the 3.3-liter V6 from 333 to 407 h.p. but that the motor has remained unchanged, eventually combined power of both Greg became 450 h.p. As a result of increased productivity, SpeedHYBRID accelerates from 0-100 km/h for 6.0 sec and developed 252 km/h. Recently well known tuning company Gemballa was declared bankrupt, and inability to cope financially without the owner Uwe Gembala, who disappeared mysteriously at the beginning of the year. It’s pretty sad not only because of the disappearance of Uwe, but that will no longer see its unique cars. Nevertheless, one of the main figures in the Gemballa has decided to base his own tuning company in the UK, it is ready with plans for its first project. The company is called Merdad, and the first car that’s been cast is the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo, with this idea is not only a vehicle to get aggressive aerodynamics package, but to become a two-door. For the moment everything is just a draft and the images you see are computer, but certainly soon will be realized. Besides aesthetic changes, Porsche Cayenne Turbo will receive improvements in 4.4-liter engine, power is expected to reach about 750 h.p.

The new generation of the Porsche Cayenne is already on the market and just a matter of course tuning companies began to come out with proposals for its re-works, among them of course are the nerds of TechArt. For fans of the luxury SUV models, the event of the year is undoubtedly the emergence of the new Porsche Cayenne. For them, however, the expectation is over because of the German company revealed the full model, just days before its official premiere in Geneva. The new Cayenne has a pretty appearance changed, as it forms more closely resemble those of sports cars of the company. Since the model shares a common platform with the new Volkswagen Touareg, it took many of its advantages, including reduced by about 200 kg. weight and extended by 40 mm. body, compared with the old Cayenne The basic modification of the new Porsche Cayenne will be priced € 46 400 and has a 3.6-liter gasoline V6 engine with a power 300k.s. which is the same as the Panamera. This unit in combination with automatic transmission 8-stage consumes 20% less fuel than its predecessor. Porsche Cayenne S relies on a 4.8-liter V8 engine whose power is 400k.s. and Cayenne Turbo – turbo version of the same unit, which is 500k.s. And when the two modifications fuel is reduced by 23% and prices in Europe will start on 60,900 and 96,900 EUR. Cayenne Diesel did use exactly the same 3.0-liter engine as the modification of the diesel Touareg. He has a power 240k.s. and its maximum torque of 550Nm achieved. Its price will start at 49,900 euros.

The German company RUF, which generally deals with car tuning Porsche, recently has undertaken a major development of electric vehicles based on models of this brand. RUF has presented two versions of the electric Porsche 911, one will even come into mass production next year, albeit in a limited edition, and today the Germans have shown and all-electric Cayenne. The car is called Stormster, as it has three copies, which are used for ongoing now in the Copenhagen International conference on climate change. RUF Stormster has much in common with electric 911 Greenster, which debuted in Geneva in March. Both cars use the engine of Siemens, whose power is 367 h.p. It allows the Porsche Cayenne to accelerate from 0-100 km/h for 10 sec and develop a maximum speed of 150 kilometers per hour. Electricity needed by the unit, is supplied by a set of lithium-ion batteries, Li-Tec, allowing traveling at about 200 kilometers. without refueling, which in turn is in contact standard for 8 hours or in a specialized plant for about 5-6 hours.
