By Mercedes once proves that the “eternal” their model G-Class has more to show and although now 31 years on the market, it not only continues to be attractive, but can also be environmentally friendly. At the exhibition in Geneva Germans showed a new modification of the G-Class, received the name G 350 BlueTEC, which is equipped with revolutionary technology, making it even more environmentally friendly by G 350 CDI. BlueTEC Mercedes G 350 relies on a diesel 3.0-liter V6 engine delivering power 210 h.p. and a maximum torque of 540 Nm. available in the range 1600-2400 rev/min. However, the assembly has a technological feature. This is called AdBlue graft whose function is to be injected into the exhaust and reduce NOx emissions. For this purpose, fitted separate tank which is completely filled as is sufficient to elapse 12,000 km. Subsequently AdBlue injection helps to release ammonia, which in turn converts to 80% of nitrogen oxides harmless nitrogen and water clean.

As you already know in 2009th Mercedes G-Class turns 30 years and in this respect, the German company launches two special versions of the model. It is an inducement anniversary and tuning experts Brabus of extreme tuning to create a G-Class, which will debut in Geneva. The car, called the Brabus G V12 S Biturbo, is based on the G55 AMG, but is driven by the 5.5-liter V12 engine from the model S600, whose capacity was increased to 6.2 liters, thanks to the use of a larger crankshaft and new cylinder heads . Brabus machine equipped with turbochargers and new exhaust system made of stainless steel. Following the improvement of the power unit is increased by a monster 700 h.p. and maximum torque is 1100 Nm. G V12 S Biturbo is able to accelerate from 0-100 kilometers / hr for 4.3 sec and to develop maximum speed of 260 kilometers / hr. Brabus received and styling changes, such as new bumpers and daytime LED, but the interior is fitted with sports seats, steering wheel and gear shift, which are dressed in leather Brabus Mastik.

When a model remains 30 years marketing purposes. without introducing a new generation, this is a guarantee of its quality as well as interest from customers. However, such vehicles must undergo minor cosmetic and mechanical changes periodically to maintain the desire and their fans are in step with modern technology. Most likely you know, that the “eternal” G-Class of Mercedes-Benz, in which the Germans make improvements every year. Model 2010. popular truck features a new exterior wheels, spare wheel cover of the two additional colors – “palladium silver metallic” and the mat “designo platinum magno”. The interior of the car has received new light and now available in red and black leather upholstery designo, which can be combined with wood, piano lacquer, and even of natural stone (Labrador blue pearl) decorations, again designo.

The German tuning company Hamann presented a new program tuning of Mercedes-Benz G-Class, which is called Typhoon and is based on the G55 AMG. The program includes outdoor body-kit consisting of new bumpers and radiator grille, spoiler at the rear of the roof and a carbon side mirror covers. Appearance of the car is supplemented by massive wheels and six codend of the exhaust system located in three of the two countries. The Hamann specialists have increased the power of the 5.5-liter engine AMG, which has increased from standard 500 to 600 h.p., while the maximum torque increased to 782Nm. Under normal 700Nm. This is achieved through modernized injectors, rescheduled block management unit and advanced transmissions. According to Hamann, developed their Typhoon is capable of accelerating from 0-100 kilometers / hr for 5.1sec and to develop maximum speed of 261 kilometers / hr Note that the standard Mercedes G55 AMG acceleration from 0-100 kilometers / hr occurs 5.5sec and the maximum speed limit is 210 kilometers / hr.
