Autonomous Audi TTS

Autonomous Audi TTSThe car looks like a photo absolutely normal Audi TTS, with several antennas on the roof, but this is not true, because it can be driven without a driver. Autonomous Audi TTS, as its creators call it, is a joint development of Volkswagen Group Electronics Research Laboratory (ERL), Stanford University Dynamics Design Lab (SDDL) and Sun Microsystems. Revolutionary vehicle is equipped with a fully automatic drive-by-wire system, controlling the steering, throttle, brakes, gearbox and handbrake, as well as a special GPS system provides connection with manned software developed at Stanford University. Although tests of Autonomous Audi TTS are more than successful, the German company did not intend to make full use of the system but only parts of it, which can drastically reduce the number of accidents and deaths, as in dangerous situations take matters into their own “hands “and carry out routine procedures such as parking the car in the garage. Autonomous TTS prototype is still in test phase, but if all goes well, Audi intends to launch deadly race Pikes Peak, which supermashini trying to climb as quickly as possible titled Peak in Colorado, as the route length is exactly 19.99 km.
