When a market is as big as China, the car manufacturer can afford to develop models specifically for him and the needs of local customers. Revealed by Brabus tuning program for the convertible version of the Mercedes E-Class, it includes a series of cosmetic and mechanical improvements for all modifications. German specialists have provided for the appearance of a car full bodykit consisting of front bumper with integrated LED daytime running lights, rear tailgate spoiler and a massive diffuser. The choice of wheels is limited to several types available in sizes from 17 to 20 inches and the interior is equipped with a steering wheel, carbon fiber strips and special elements of the internal cap made of stainless steel. From Brabus have made improvements in all engines, which is offered Mercedes E-Class Cabrio. In the E250 CGI output increased from 204 to 230 h.p. in E350 CGI – from 292 to 310 h.p. in E250 CDI – from 204 h.p. to 232 h.p in E350 CDI – from 231 to 272 h.p. The cherry on the cake however is the modification in E500, the standard 5.5-liter engine is increased up to 6.1 liters and has received new cylinder heads, camshafts, catalysts and management software. The result of the improvements in the assembly of the E500 has achieved power 462 h.p. and a maximum torque of 615 Nm allowing the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h for 4.7 sec and to develop a speed of 300 km/h.

After last year presented the extreme Brabus E V12, based on the Mercedes E-Class, which is embedded V12 engine, now the German tuner has done the same operation and E-Class Coupe. The car makes debut at the ongoing exhibition in Geneva, which will be open to visitors Thursday. It’s called the E V12 Coupe and offers wealthy clients against modest 478,000 euros. As sedan, Brabus E V12 Coupe relies on a V12 engine with a cylinder capacity was increased from 5.5 to 6.3 liters. Because of this and several mechanical improvements, the unit has power 800 h.p. and torque now stands at its 1 420 Nm. For security reasons, however, the torque is limited to 1 100Nm. But this is absolutely sufficient to guarantee the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h for 3.7 sec, 0-200 km/h for 9.9 sec and 0-300 km/h for 23.9 sec. Top speed is electronically does freeze the 350 km/h, although the speedometer is graduated to 400 km/h. This means that the dynamic performance of the body are identical with those of the sedan. The extreme E-Class Coupe has a five-speed automatic gearbox, limited slip differential, a more powerful braking system, adjustable suspension, new stabilizers and 19-inch wheels. The German company Mercedes-Benz has already proceeded to final tests of the model E-Class Cabrio, which will appear in the European market early next year. Extreme Mercedes E-Class has a number of changes in appearance, leading to improved aerodynamics and it helps to better cool the engine and brakes. Along with the whole new body-kit, tailgate spoiler and diffuser, Brabus E V12 received and lids, obscured rear tire sedan, which so far we have not seen in models of the German tuner. Brabus E V12 is also equipped with a powerful braking system, adjustable suspension, new stabilizers and 19-inch wheels. The interior of the car is a combination of two types of leather and carbon fiber trim elements, but the speedometer dial is replaced by a new, lined up to 400 kilometers per hour.

The German tuning Lumma Design professionals have developed a sports program for the new Mercedes E-Class, including a series of cosmetic and mechanical improvements to the car. The German tuning firm Carlsson will use the exhibition “Tuning World Bodensee”, which opens its doors to visitors on Thursday to officially present its new sports program for the Mercedes E-Class.
