The car was created to celebrate 50 years of successful collaboration between Aston Martin and Zagato. It is so long ago the two companies started working together for the first time the project DB4 GT Zagato.
Aston Martin V12 Vantage Zagato will have two versions, one will have all the permits for movement on public roads and the other is a race designed to participate in “24 Hours of Nürburgring”. From Aston Martin released a photograph and initial information about the successor to the racing DBRS9, which will appear in the tracks of the GT3 series in season 2012.
