The German tuner RUF present their latest development, called RT 12 S and based on Porsche 911 Carrera S. The price of the car in Germany starts from 255 900 EUR without taxes and it is available with both front and with power to all four wheels. RUF’s engineers have managed to increase the power of the 3.8-liter engine from standard 385 targets 685k.s. a maximum torque of 420 has increased to 880Nm. RT 12 S obtained with ceramic disc brakes and lightweight 19-inch wheels, and is offered as an optional hydraulic suspension adjustable for height by 50 millimeters. Porsche 911 Carrera S has undergone changes in their appearance, as his side mirrors are replaced with those of the RUF CTR 3, appeared to have air vents above the rear fenders and a tailgate spoiler is mounted further made of carbon.
The interior of the RUF RT 12 S features a new racing seats and steering wheel, which according to German tuners is tuned very precisely and managing it is much easier.
